· Ordering – We accept all major credit cards – Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. If you prefer to NOT pay online, we accept phone orders. Please call us from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. EST at (863) 767-0017. A state sales tax of 7% applies to all orders delivered in the state of Florida. Out of state orders do not require sales tax.
· Return Policy – Should you need to return an item, you may do so within 14 days of the date on your receipt. You may return items purchased at regular price only. We encourage exchanges and will issue a store credit. Items must be unused and in original condition with all tags attached. Shipping fees are non-refundable and return postage is your responsibility. To return items call us at (863)767-0017 for a return authorization number. Write this number on the front of the package. Packages without an RA number will be denied by our office and returned unopened. Orders originally shipped with complimentary shipping will have regular shipping charges deducted from the return credit.
Holiday themed items must be received before the holiday has arrived. We can not accept these items after the holiday and they will be returned to sender.
· Monogramming – We offer monogramming on many of our gift and clothing items. Personalization is usually completed within 7-10 days depending on the item. Please note that monogrammed items cannot be returned. Additional monogramming fee: $10
· Gift Wrap – We will be happy to gift wrap your purchase for a $5.00 charge. Gift wrapping includes tissue paper, deluxe wrapping paper, and a coordinating wrapphia bow.
